Frequently Asked Questions > Refunds > What is the StressEraser refund policy?

Search this FAQ section for entries containing:

The StressEraser may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of receipt (minus the cost of shipping and handling). The returned device must be postmarked 30 days or less from the date of receipt. Devices shipped after that point will be returned to the customer in lieu of a refund. All returned devices must be in good condition. If it is not, it will be returned to the customer in lieu of a refund. Once the StressEraser has been returned, it takes 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.


Certified refurbished StressErasers are covered by the one year warranty, and thus will be replaced or repaired if they are defective. However, refurbished units may not be returned for a refund.
